RTS Building 1.1.6-patch2
For Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge and Minecraft 1.20.1 / Forge.
This hotfix improves server stability for extremely large batch mining, destruction, and placement tasks.
Player-facing changes
- Fixed an issue where an exceptionally large batch task could crash the game or server during a server tick.
- Normal large tasks now have substantially more persistence headroom.
- If an extreme task still exceeds the safety limit, only that task is stopped; other tasks, existing Ctrl+Z history, and the server itself continue running.
- If a task truly exceeds the new hard limit, block changes already applied remain in place and the unfinished portion stops instead of risking the whole server for an undo record.
Technical and compatibility improvements
- Raised the per-task persistence guard to 40 MiB / 1,000,000 NBT nodes while retaining a hard boundary against unbounded malformed data.
- Added an oversized-checkpoint isolation regression test and completed full build verification on both NeoForge 1.21.1 and Forge 1.20.1.
