Official Download Pages
After opening a download page, choose the file that matches your Minecraft version and loader.
Current Recommended Versions
For the latest fixes, choose the build for your loader:
- Minecraft
1.21.1/ NeoForge:1.1.6-patch3beta. - Minecraft
1.20.1to1.20.6/ Forge:1.1.6-patch2release.
If you prefer the stable line, use the 1.1.6-patch2 release for NeoForge 1.21.1 or Forge 1.20.1. For large modpacks, servers, or important worlds, back up before updating.
If you hit a serious compatibility issue, first roll back to 1.1.6; more conservative older stable options are 1.1.5, 1.1.2, and 1.0.5.
Two early port testing lines are also available. Match the game version and loader exactly:
- Minecraft
1.21.1/ Fabric:1.1.6-patch2-fabric-alpha.1. - Minecraft
1.12.2/ Forge:1.1.6-1.12.2-port; install MixinBooter as required on the version page.
These are early testing builds and do not replace the NeoForge 1.21.1 or Forge 1.20.1 recommendations above.
See the Changelog for the full player-facing summary.
